These Terms of Use govern your use of our website, including the IBS pattern quiz, the early-access sign-up, and any preview-pack or educational materials we provide through the site or by email. By using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Separate terms will apply to the Ahara app and IBS Foundations Programme when they launch. We will ask you to accept those terms before you enrol.

2. Who Can Use This Website
Our website and services are intended for adults aged 18 and over.
The IBS pattern quiz and the Ahara IBS Foundations Programme are designed for people who have already been diagnosed with IBS by a healthcare professional. If you have not been diagnosed, you are welcome to read our educational content, but the quiz and programme are not suitable for you, and we encourage you to speak to a doctor about your symptoms first.
3. Educational Content, Not Medical Advice
Everything on this website, including articles, the quiz, quiz results, preview-pack materials, and emails we send you, is general education and self-management support. It is not:
- A medical diagnosis, or a tool for diagnosing IBS or any other condition
- Personalised medical advice, treatment, or a substitute for care from your own doctor
- Emergency or urgent care
Using this website, taking the quiz, or receiving our materials does not create a doctor–patient or clinician–patient relationship between you and Ahara, or between you and any member of the Ahara team.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment. Never delay seeking medical advice, or disregard advice you have been given, because of something you have read on this website.
Seek medical advice promptly if your symptoms are new, severe, or worsening, or if you experience red-flag symptoms such as rectal bleeding, black stools, unexplained weight loss, iron deficiency anaemia, persistent vomiting, fever, night-time diarrhoea, or a new change in bowel habit after age 50. 4. The IBS Pattern Quiz
The quiz is a short educational tool that helps identify your likely IBS pattern (IBS-C, IBS-D, IBS-M, or IBS-U) so that we can tailor educational content to you. Quiz results reflect only the answers you provide. They are not a diagnosis, a clinical assessment, or a medical record, and should not be relied on as such.

5. Early Access and Preview Materials
Ahara is currently in a pre-launch phase. If you sign up for early access:
- Early access is provided free of charge and on an as-available basis
- We may change, suspend, or withdraw early-access content, the preview pack, or the planned programme at any time, and we do not guarantee any launch date, feature, or outcome
- Any feedback, suggestions, or survey responses you give us may be used to develop and improve our services. Where we publish or share feedback, we will do so in anonymised or aggregated form unless you agree otherwise
- Early access does not guarantee you a place on any future programme or any particular pricing
6. Your Use of the Website
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content, materials, or design other than for your own personal, non-commercial use
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, or any connected systems
